A visit booklet is given with the entrance ticket. It contains information on the history, architecture and restoration of the castle as well as a detailed visit itinerary designed for a one hour visit minimum.

Before coming to the castle, download the visit on your mp3 and print the map of the tour. Adult and children's versions are available. The commentaries concerning the history, architecture, everyday life and legends linked to the castle are enriched by optional “to learn more” bonus themes.

Two itineraries are offered, depending on the time you have : a complete version of approximately 2 hours and a short version of approximately 1 hour, adapted to the itinerary and the time of the children’s visit, as part of a family visit.

An immersive sound experience
La Quête de l'oiseau d'or”, performed by the fourteen actors of the Comédie-Française troupe, is an immersive sound experience that plunges you into the heart of the history of the Château de Blandy and its owners.
The headphones you wear will broadcast high-quality content, with all sound elements - dialogue, sound effects and music - carefully thought out and placed by Studio Radio France sound engineers in post-production. As a result, the various passages are triggered fluidly and 360 degrees around you, following the route's markers.
Quête de l'oiseau d'or” was produced in cooperation with the Studio Radio France teams and in partnership with the Comédie-Française.
